We can effectively treat any musculoskeletal pain and/or loss of function. Some common issues include:

• Shoulder tendonitis or rotator cuff injury

• TMJ dysfunction

• Neck and low back pain (disc pathology, pinched nerves, sacroiliac pain)

• Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

• Foot pain (arthritis, plantar fasciitis)

• Ankle, wrist, knee, finger (and many other) sprains

• Muscle strains

• Patellofemoral pain and other knee injuries

• Osteoarthritis in any body part

• Post operative rehabilitation (ACL repair, hip/knee replacement etc)

• Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

Session rates:

• initial physio assessment 45min: $100

• follow-up physio treatments 30min: $75

• follow up physio extended session 45min: $105

• initial pelvic health physio assessment 75min: $150

• ongoing pelvic health physio treatments 45min at $105

Registered Massage Therapy

Our Registered Massage Therapist uses hands-on techniques to hone in on dysfunctional soft tissue (IE. muscles, tendons) which may be causing pain, headaches, or poor sport performance.  Many insurance plans cover this type of treatment.

30 minutes: $70
45 minutes: $90
60 minutes: $115
90 minutes: $160

How to prepare for your upcoming treatment

Wear comfortable clothing - something with a lot of stretch is best. If you are seeing the physiotherapist for a leg issue consider wearing shorts. If it is your neck or shoulder wear a tank top or loose t-shirt. If you have any pertinent test results (IE x-ray, ultrasound, MRI reports) it is nice, but not necessary to bring them.

*Please note we require at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation. Repeated no shows will be charged a escalating fee starting at $30 for the 1st and increase with subsequent offenses up to the full value of the appointment fee
