What are we looking for?
Someone passionate about hands on therapy (we don’t have assistants or modalities). Clients do their exercises at home and heat/ice as needed at home.
Someone who can be self sufficient. There is no admin staff so you need to be comfortable interfacing with clients at every step of their therapy experience; booking, rescheduling, taking payment, following up on inquiries (we do not do WSIB or MVA)
Someone who is patient and can see the long game. The position is as an independent contractor and pays 80/20 split. It takes time to build a strong client base that keeps you jumping. This position is ideal for someone wanting to start something on the side that they can steadily grow into there primary practice and see the financial reward of being busy and paid what you are worth.
